BE MY GUEST

Welcome to a Cosy Apartment in a Medieval Italian Village

A Traditional Tuscan Home

Located in the Medieval village of Rivalto, Casa Baronetta is located on the ground floor of an old house which has been sympathetically refurbished in the old Tuscan style. The façade is stone with a tiled floor and chestnut beams supporting the ceiling. The apartment is comfortable, cosy and has its own independent entrance from Piazza Gramsci.
It is an ideal place for relaxing, walking through woods, olive groves and vineyards as well as archaeological excursions and artistic itineraries.

The apartment sleeps four people, but I have also rented out the space as a family room with an additional single bed or cot.

The studio apartment consists of a double bed in the sleeping area, a sofa bed that can be made into another double bed and if requested a single bed and/or cot can be used to make this into a family sleeping area. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and handbasin. The kitchen area has a fridge, gas hob, halogen oven and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully stocked with crockery, cutlery and pans for six people.

All bedding and towels are provided, including large pool or beach towels.

The apartment has free Wi-Fi for guests.

My Profile

I moved to Italy from England a while ago. I have a passion for photography and the rolling Tuscan hills are a dream come true to any photographer.  I live in Rivalto and like to personally meet and greet guests upon arrival to hand over the keys and help you familiarise yourself with the house and the village. I am always reachable by phone to answer any questions or queries.
